Information about personal data processing for rental bookings.
Data we collect
To manage a booking we collect name, email, phone, address, document type, and document number. We do not request a photo or scan of the document.
Purpose
We use this data to prepare the booking, contact the customer, and complete the physical contract signed in store at pickup.
Retention
Booking personal data is retained for 5 years from the rental end date. After that period, personal data is deleted or anonymized.
Security
The address and document number are stored encrypted in the booking system database.
